19th International Outsourcing Exhibition Platform in the Light Industry BEE-TOGETHER.ru

From May 27-29, 2025, the 19th International Outsourcing Exhibition Platform in the Light Industry BEE-TOGETHER.ru will be held in Moscow at the "Radisson Slavyanskaya" hotel (2, Eurasia Square). The event is organized by the Russian Association of Fashion Industry Participants (RAFI). Sewing and knitwear enterprises, as well as suppliers of textiles, accessories, packaging, and related services from more than 10 countries will present their services. The event will traditionally last for 3 days. Exhibitors from all countries will gather at the venue at the same time, which will allow visitors to make the most of their time at the exhibition and cover the maximum number of factories in a short time. The exhibition includes several sections. The Small-Scale Production Zone, Fabric and Accessories Salon, and Expo Zone (related goods and services) are open to all registered visitors. The Large-Scale Production Zone operates in the format of closed individual meetings between factories and representatives of fashion brands, retailers, and corporate clients – to visit this section, visitors must not only register but also schedule negotiations with specific exhibitors by choosing a convenient date and time. In this way, the meeting schedule is formed in advance, and applications undergo preliminary moderation. This ensures that exhibitors work only with target clients, making the event as efficient as possible for all participants.

In the upcoming season, BEE-TOGETHER.ru plans to feature over 250 light industry manufacturers and suppliers of textiles, accessories (200 large-scale production factories), from Russia and over 10 countries, including Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, China, Uzbekistan, India, Bangladesh, and others. Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey will be represented by large national delegations. The event is free to attend with prior registration. Registration for meetings with factories opened on April 21 and is available on the business platform website. More detailed information about the exhibition can be found on the website https://bee-together.ru.

On May 27, within the framework of the platform, a business breakfast will be held, organized by the Russian Association of Fashion Industry Participants (RAFI). The topic of the event will be: "China: How to Properly Choose a Contractor/Supplier and Organize Productive Cooperation." Practicing experts and market players will discuss how to avoid mistakes and build comfortable communication with Asian partners. Entry is free for RAFI members (a promo code must be requested from the organizers). Detailed information about the business breakfast can be found on the website https://rafi-breakfast.timepad.ru/event/3159102/
