A company will be established in Uzbekistan to promote national brands in global markets
Uzbekistan will implement a new system to support national brands. The goal is to increase their number and bring the most promising ones to the international level. For this purpose, a specialized company will be established to promote Uzbek brands.
This was announced today during a meeting attended by the President. The company’s tasks will include:
attracting foreign specialists – brand managers, designers, marketers, and PR experts;
selecting at least 50 domestic products with international quality certificates and strong export potential;
awarding a special quality mark and launching a large-scale advertising campaign to promote the selected brands abroad.
The new approach is expected to increase the recognition of Uzbek products and strengthen the country’s position in foreign markets.
It should be noted that today the President also announced the creation of the Mall of Uzbekistan. These will be large shopping centers showcasing only domestic brands of clothing, footwear, and leather goods.
